Our Origin Story

It all began on a warm morning in San Diego…

There’s nothing quite like California. The bright lights of Hollywood, clear blue skies and warm, white sands. It’s incredible. But…nothing beats the Tacos.

Everything is bigger and better in America, right? Well… the beautiful people of California took the already delicious Mexican food and took it to another level. Brighter, bolder, fresher, more playful and WOW… f**k the sun… this is what the good people of Norway need in their lives!

Trondheim knows food. It knows fiesta. But does it have a place that can do both? Well, on that warm morning in San Diego, we realised that NO… it didn’t quite have this.

So in October 2020, Héctor was born from the love of all things Cali-Mex…

…Then we threw in a balcony overlooking the water, street-food style eating al fresco, a food truck, events, parties and takeaway, and that’s just the start of the story…
